I live in one houses built by washington homes, and we have had several of the flip latches break. I went to HD and they stated I needed to know who made the windows so I can find the parts there.

Does anyone know who made them or where I can get replacement flip latches?

    Thanks

If you have the kind of windows with double panes, you may be able to find the manufacturer in the frame of the window. Look at the metal between the 2 panes on the inside, and their name may be stamped in there. Ours were (are) Barber and Ross which does mostly contractor work, meaning they sell bulk to places like Miller and Smith, so HD may not have exactly what you're looking for.

I also live in a Wash. Homes and if my neighbors are correct, the windows were specially made by a smaller manufacturer. I also have several window latches broken- the latches that keep the window from falling in when it is open. I will ask around to see if anyone knows the name of the company.
