Wireless Update 8-08-02

    I met with CWC again today. Things are going slowly, unfortunately. They have a scheduled date in a few days for tower climbers to install their antennas. CWC cannot install them, they have to go with actual tower climbers - and have to go by their schedules. They are also waiting for Verizon to install the local loop. Verizon refuses to give any dates, only stating 'This Month'. It's times like these when we wish we had a Verizon tech on the web committee.

    That's it for now. As soon as they get their antennas up CWC and the Web Committee will be all over our area mapping out signal strengths and levels.
