WTB VanMetre Fitzgerald,Faulkner,Emerson, or Hemingway

Hi All- I wanted to put some feelers out and see if anyone in the community is interested in selling their Fitzgerald, Faulkner,Emerson, or Hemingway SFH in Broadlands or Southern Walk Broadlands. I'm currently a Resident in Southern Walk and had the success of posting a similar thread several years ago (we purchased this way) .
To give you some background I'm a mortgage banker by profession and I'm very familiar with all angles of the process. I'm looking to find a family interested in moving within the next 12 months who would like an easy process without the hassle of listing, staging, walkthroughs and more importantly losing the $30-40k in equity towards the commission that comes along with it. I'm extremely flexible on time frame as my family and I love the neighborhood and we may end up holding onto our current home.
