    Here'e the plan:

Are you a mom/working mom/working gal who likes Yoga?

Do you want to practise Yoga with other ladies, with a Yoga leader for the day so you do not have to remember every asana?

Do you want to get away for 1/2 hour so you can do Yoga in peace away from the house!

Do you want to stay motivated to practice it (my main reason for the Yoga Buddy system)

Would you like to do this for FREE! NO FEES or HIDDEN SALES or solicitations?

If so please contact me for further details: Su 703-568-5858

    Thanks in advance

Where will you be doing this? I've been hoping to see yoga offered at the Broadlands Community Center!

I was just thinking of my home

.Would you be interested in leading a class? My knowledge is very basic but I can go through a few poses (beginner) to strengthen upper body and back, aid digestion and know several yoga breathing techniques called Pranayama. I also can do some musical chants to enable meditation.

I think it will be fun if we can get a few people together.

By the way Ist Thursdays of every month there is FREE yoga offered at Comm Center that I advertised in the Local Events section.

That is thru an organization called Art Of Living. I will participate in that as well.

At this time why don't we get together and set-up a time to meet so we can get started. As more people join we'll figure out how and where to accomodate them.

    thanks

    Su

I think my level is too remedial for what you're talking about. I'd be looking for an existing class with a trained leader.
