You find yourself going to a restaurant more often than you really want to just to try to help keep it open.

 

1. you could single-handedly get a book you don't approve of removed from all the school libraries.

2. you disagree with how four-way stops should be handled, so you choose your way.

Cyclists on the roads are reviled and hated...but horses are OK.

 

There are 500 Odyssey's & Sierra's to every sedan in any given parking lot.

 

You feel out of place at a restaurant if you DON'T have children.

 

....your car is always the slowest on the road amongst all other mini-vans!

 

Where's the love...?

...you can send your kids to public school and they get a private school quality education.

...you can drive 30 minutes in one direction and can be in the city or 30 minutes in the other direction and be in the country.

...you have awesome neighbors.

 

..."you might be a Loudouner if there are great produce, meat, and dairy farms within an hour's drive from your home!"

Not too mention our farm!

2. Nobody sits on the front steps, thanks to few homes being built with front porches.
3. You can bet that all the planned communties will have beautiful landscaping

 

If you think White Castle refers to the house off of Farmwell that truly DOES look like a castle... perched on a .00005 acre lot.

Hey when we had Dalyn's birthday party that you actually attended Redon1 last September and I don't mean this in a bad way. A foot doctor who is a good friends of ours broke her ankle on one of the fun runs we had. She took it really well and has become a legend in her own mind when the fire dept went into the woods looking for her If I tell the real story here people will think I am making it up what actually happened so I will not tell that story it will stay folklore

BTW- i think there should be a SPIN off thread- you know you are DRIVING in Loudoun when...

- the sameperson that speeds up to blow a red light sits thru a green light because they are too distracted by their phone/text/ipod!!!
