    Yes, it is high. I looked into it last fall and it was about $550. My dentist is in DC, and is wonderful. I'd be glad to pass on his info.

    Wait for a Groupon or Living Social deal -- they have them every now and again at a much better price -- I'm thinking the price is more like <$200.
