components? things like the dvr, satellite recvr, etc, fit in the cabinet aarea below the tv. we had our satellite, a DVD player and a VcR uner there with room to spare...

The description said "shelf" as in one so I didn't know if it would work. Still, the door would block the line of sight for the remote we have. Unless it's open and wide enough to put them all side by side. Hmmm...

nope- the doors don't block remote access at all!

it's in our foyer, just a cpl of porch stairs. IIII didn't move it- The Man and his friend did, or the movers did- I don't quite recall. but 2 men had no problem moving it.

it also slid very easily in our living room when we rearranged- we put those little sliders under it and the man moved it by himself across the floor.
