OK .. where did this come from ?? In any case, we should have a rep from this developer at the meeting tomorrow night at Eagle Ridge.

The developer could not officially confirm who the tenant could be, they're still under confidentiality agreements.

However, based on the broad outlines of the type of business (family friendly, two brands under one roof, etc) .. it could be DD/B&R or a Taco Bell/KFC !! I'm leaning toward ice cream !!

Given that the Tetra rep said "think ice cream" at the annual meeting in May, I'm thinking Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins.

He also said at the meeting this week that it wasn't a really a restaurant. So that rules out Taco Bell/KFC.

yeah, I can't eat ANYTHING in a TB/KFC. They have modified food starch (which might be wheat) in the taco meat....

Oh happy day, oh happy day!!!!
I just got off the phone with Tetra and they have confirmed that the last remaining pad site in their plaza (to the right of the Sunoco station) will be a Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins.
It is currently working it's way through the county zoning and they expect to be open later this year.
