Default Why you need an agent!

This is a piture of what the day before was a pond in Ashburn. Now this mud-bog will someday have a set of townhomes on it. The builder will not tell the buyer that their new home sits on what was once a pond and is still an underground spring. Yes it may turn out fine but wouldn't you want to know. My clients will.

And if the buyer doesn't find out, they'll soon wonder why they have geese in their yard. Seriously though, I think the ponds fed by underground springs should be left alone.

Aren't they obligated to tell buyers what the land was formerly used for?? If the basements get flooded and the owners find out, wouldn't the builder be sued for not disclosing? Just askin'....
