Metal railing on townhouse stoop

Has anyone in a townhouse end unit had to replace the metal railing at the front door stoop? Ours fell off this past weekend - appears it rusted through where the metal meets the concrete. Rather than try to fix it (if that's even possible - its in such bad shape) we would like to find a replacement.
