Our fireplace is not working. It has been a long time since we used the fireplace.
Can someone please tell me how to turn on the pilot? Thanks. |

If it is like ours, here is what you do:
1. Make sure gas valve is inline with pipe. 2. Turn pilot knob to "pilot". 3. Push pilot knob in while pushing red clicker. 4. After you see flames, keep holding pilot in for a few seconds. 5. Turn pilot knob to "on". Good luck!

Thanks for all your tips. I did check the youtube, there are lots of video explaining how to light the pilot....
I also found out photos from the fireplace manufacturer's web site: http://www.heatnglo.com/customerCare/pilot.asp Now my fireplace works just fine... once again thanks... |
