Here are before and after pictures of another recent client of ours.

On most homes, 40% of what is visible from the curb is the roof. There's no need to tolerate those embarrassing streaks and stains when they can be safely and professionally removed for just hundreds of dollars.

Our consultations are free and there is never any high pressure sales. Call or click today for more information.

This recent roof restoration project had a significant impact on the curb appeal of this mature home. We stopped half way through the job to get an interesting picture.

There was absolutely no high pressure used for this; the entire process was done via roof top chemistry and science. Satisfaction guaranteed or it's on us.

Call or click for a no obligation consultation and quote.

Ted, what product or formulation do you use for stain removal, if not a pressure wash? Thanks.

Thank you KTdid, for the excellent question.

The pressure-free process is mandated by the shingle manufacturers; Gaf-ELK, CertainTeed, Tamco etc, all clearly state in their technical publications that high pressure should never be used to remove roof stains. It’s extremely damaging as it dislodges the granules affixed to the shingles themselves. Without those granules reflecting UV rays and the heat, the roof deteriorates very quickly.

I mention this because sadly we see the aftermath of high pressure on roofs quite often. Perhaps this thread will prevent a homeowner with good intentions from doing harm to their roof.

Having said that, our process relies on science and chemistry:

The aforementioned manufacturers specify a solution of bleach, water and TSP at specific quantities. Results with that exact solution are spotty at best. We’ve modified the solution to eliminate the need for TSP (which is terrible for the environment – we’re very happy to NOT use it.) This same modification is what allows us to guarantee our service longer than any of the competition, now 3 years for nearly all homes. Without giving away the family secret, it’s comprised of an algaecide, a fungicide, liquid chlorine, lots of water, and a surfactant.

A couple of very gracious Broadland’s residents wrote about our services within the forum here.

We’d love to provide you with a no obligation quote or answer any additional questions that you may have. There’s never any sales pressure – ever.

And your satisfaction is guaranteed or it’s on us!

    Have a wonderful weekend.

Here's before and after pics of a roof cleaning project that we just completed in Great Falls. The homeowners were very pleased.
