Yes, I know. I was just wondering why Vacliff said $68.

Probably because he lives in a single family house.

Please reread what I said. But I wil repost it: $68 to $123 a month.
Depends if you are a single family home on a VDOT street, or a single family home on a private street, a townhouse, or a courtyard home, etc. We have many different HOA fees which is why I listed a spread.

The HOA can't take credit for this. It was Patriot's idea. They truly encourage recycling to the greatest degree possible.

We rented one from Patriot about a year ago ($25). Makes a BIG difference. A lot less stuff blowing up and down the street. Doesn't take up that much space. In the end, probably saves their crew some time, as they're only dumping one container rather than 2-3 (which our neighbors seem to have). And, they're not chasing pieces down the street.

I wonder how much patriot gets for the recycled items we sort for them. Seems like the costs should go down if they are getting more recyclables from us. =)

I did not receive one today. If I don't currently have a toter do I need to do anything special to receive a lidded toter? Thanks

Currently most of my TH neighbors keep their small recycling bins on the deck just outside the kitchen door. It's convenient and pretty much out of view. Not so with the toters.

Will folks living in a TH be allowed to keep the new toters on their deck?

We use this inside next to our kitchen island or in the pantry and love it:
