Default dunkin donuts?

I'm tired of the big teasing sign that says "Dunkin Donuts Coming Soon". Does anyone have any intel on when this fine establishment with the greatest coffee ever will open????? Starbucks is the devil.

It appears, for now, it is not going to be built. I have contacted the Commercial Property Association and asked them to have the site cleaned up.....weeds cut down and the mound of dirt removed.

So, with the "major" expansion in the DC area, will DD in Broadlands be a reality?

One can only hope the issue will be resolved between Tetra and the DD owner and it may yet get built.

Something to do with the clay content od the soil not being suitable for building.

If that were the case, half of the land in Broadlands would be unusable ... it sure doesn't lend itself to gardening easily !

Yeah, I agree. Something about that doesn't seem right to me. All of Broadlands is clay. I've never heard of it preventing building. Wouldn't that have been discovered when they did a soil sample, prior to them laying the footer for the bulding?
