Hey guys, this is Elizabeth Coe, reporter with the Loudoun Times-Mirror. A co-worker of mine heard a rumor there is a lively swingers club in Broadlands? Supposedly people place distinctly shaped or colored rocks in their front yards to signal they're part of it?
Anyone know anything about this!? I'd love to find out more and write about it! ![]() Any of you swingers get in touch with me! ecoe@timespapers.com ![]() Thank you!!!! haha... OK! Well the rocks were just described to me as "distinguishing rocks" so I'm not sure what that could mean! Watch out though you never know the rumor could be true!

This was a topic discussed by the Sports Junkies on their radio show several months ago. There has been no verification or known truth to the rumor.

Cliff is right. The Junkies had a caller from River Creek that said he was a swinger and that he had swinger parties in that community. He further stated that houses with white rocks (like quartz or rose quartz) in planting beds indicated that it was a "swinging" house. Since one of the junkies lives in broadlands, he said he thought he saw white rocks in a few yards in his neighborhood. This is how the rumor started.

Ashburn Farm ARB covenants disallow the use of rocks as mulch in front yards.
