Loudoun County, Virginia- An operation conducted in August targeting Criminal Street gangs’ in Loudoun County netted 13 arrests.

Members of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and the Loudoun Sheriff’s Gang Intelligence Unit worked together to locate subjects who are suspected of being actively involved in firearms and narcotics trafficking, money laundering and violent criminal activities.

The charges ranged from weapons and narcotics violations to federal criminal fugitive warrants. Four of those charged in the operation were held by federal authorities based on their immigration status.

The suspects charged during the operation included Billy Rodimir-Bonilla (Criminal Fugitive), 21, of Loudoun County, Christopher A. Swanson (Criminal Fugitive), 21, of Sterling, Clinton E. Brown (Possession with Intent to Distribute Narcotics), 23, of Sterling, Jose Portillio (Concealed Weapon), 19, of Sterling, Jose Platero (Underage Possession of Alcohol), 20, of Sterling, Esteban Amador-Andrade (ICE Administrative Charges), 34, of Sterling, Victor Sosa-Cucufate (ICE Administrative Charges), 31, of Sterling, Juan Alvarado (ICE Administrative Charges), 25, of Sterling, and Rolando Arias-Abarca (ICE Administrative Charges), 25, of Sterling, Lenny Bounvichit (Obstruction of Justice), 18, of Sterling, Alexander Garcia (Assault of Law Enforcement), 21, of Sterling, Danny Reyes (Possession of Marijuana), 20, of Sterling and a 17-year-old Sterling Juvenile (Assault of Law Enforcement).

The operation was held on August 23rd and August 25th in Loudoun County.

Similar operations were held in Washington, DC and the Northern Virginia region in August. During the course of the operation a total of 56 suspects were taken into custody.
