Architectural Review Board - Modifications
The Modifications Sub-Committee meets the 1st & 3rd Wednesdays from March through October; 3rd Wednesday only in November, December, January and February, at 7:00 p.m. at the Nature and Information Center. All homeowners must submit an application to this committee if they wish to do any modifications to the exterior of their home including but not limited to: decks, fences, swing sets, etc. Applications must be received no later than NOON THE FRIDAY BEFORE THE MEETING. Community Events
The Community Events Committee meets the 1st Tuesday of every month at 7:30 p.m. at the Nature Center. Everyone is invited to join this committee. Email events@broadlandshoa.org with any questions.
Certified Community Wildlife Habitat
The Certified Community Wildlife Habitat Committee works on keeping Broadlands actively engaged in its Community Wildlife Habitat project and National Wildlife Federation requires the Habitat Team and community members to participate in post-certification activities and submit yearly updates. This project creates a place where people, flora and fauna can all flourish. Yearly minimum goals are set by NWF and can be found at NWF Community Annual Goals. A forum for Southern Walk residents to discuss concerns and solutions regarding OpenBand products, services and market pricing. Meets the 1st Monday of each month in the Nature Center. Technology
The Technology Committee is responsible for the design and maintenance of the Broadlands HOA website. The Committee is made up of resident volunteers from the Broadlands community and includes web designers, graphic designers, content managers, database administrators, programmers and web hobbyists. Membership is open to anyone that would like to help work on the design and content of the site or help with programs or seminars on computer hardware, software, or usage for residents. Committee volunteers host a variety of seminar and programs for residents.
The Committee meets on the second Wednesday each month at 7:30 pm at the Nature Center. Meetings are open to all residents. If you would like to join the Technology Committee, or have suggestions about content for the website, please contact any Committee member or the Webmaster.
