2005 SWHOA Survey Results
From January 2006 until the present, the SWHOA Board of Directors and the OpenBand Customer Forum (formerly a.k.a. SWTech Committee) have been working with OpenBand to remedy specific issues that received poor ratings in the November 2005 SWHOA Survey.
While OpenBand has made some progress (as outlined in an executive summary), they still have more work to do to improve their technology, processes and procedures. While OpenBand is working to improve those areas, the SWHOA Board of Directors, the OpenBand Customer Forum and various external ombudsman agencies, are monitoring OpenBand’s progress.

The 2005 SWHOA Survey has been and continues to be a rich, valuable source of information revealing how OpenBand can improve their products, services and pricing.
The SWHOA Board of Directors wish to thank all the residents who participated in that survey for their honest and specific feedback (especially the "write-in comments" section), without which the Board would never have known what areas OpenBand could improve to make Southern Walk a better place to live and play. We ask all Southern Walk residents to please continue submitting their candid feedback and their ideas to the Southern Walk HOA Board of Directors, the OpenBand Customer Committee (SWTech), and to OpenBand, on a continual basis, to help improve this community’s technology service and pricing for the future.
