Did you know?

- Rule of thumb for needing an application to the board on changes or additions to your house: if it can be seen from the exterior, an application is required.

- Snow must be removed from your sidewalk within 6 hours of the end of the snowfall. If it falls overnight, it must be removed by noon the next day. Failure to comply can result in a $250 fine by the county.

The Broadlands Nature Center offers year-round programs to the residents of the Broadlands.

  • Nature Center Seeks Animal Care Volunteers
    The Nature Center is home to several “critters”...
    We have a dove, turtles, fish, snakes, a frog and, of course, Brownie the Bunny. All of our animal residents need feeding and care on a regular basis and we are looking for volunteers to help us care for them. If you are interested and can donate about 45 minutes of your time each week, please send an email to naturalist@broadlandshoa.com or call the Nature Center at 703-729-9704 for more information.

    Join us every Tuesday at 1:30pm at the Nature Center.
