- The HOA board meets every second tuesday of the month at 5:30 at the Nature Center. Residents encouraged to attend. Be sure to check if the schedule has changed before attending.
- The Community Center can be rented out for various types of events, from birthday parties to wedding receptions.

The Modifications Committee meets the 1st & 3rd Wednesdays from March through October; 3rd Wednesday only in November, December, January, and February, at 7:00 pm at the Nature Center. All homeowners must submit an application to this committee if they wish to do any modifications to the exterior of their home/property. Submission deadline is 12:00 Noon on the Friday before the Subcommittee meeting.
