Did you know?

- Snow must be removed from your sidewalk within 6 hours of the end of the snowfall. If it falls overnight, it must be removed by noon the next day. Failure to comply can result in a $250 fine by the county.

- Trees located on lots, within woods and other natural areas may not be disturbed without specific HOA approval.

2008 Pool Pass Information

The 2008 Broadlands Pool Season is fast approaching. It’s time to start looking in the bottom of your pool bag or maybe in the drawer with the swimsuits for your Broadlands Photo ID pool passes. Everyone age 5 and over who wishes to gain admission to the pools will need one. Pool visitors should review the Pool Rules. Click here for more information.
