As we prepare for potential snowy conditions this winter season, we want to provide the following helpful guidelines and information regarding snow removal:

  1. BROADLANDS STREET LIST – This is a comprehensive list of all streets in our community and identifies who is responsible for their maintenance (VDOT, HOA or DEV). The HOA does not plow or maintain VDOT streets. Trash Services Suspended for Remainder of Monday, Jan 15

From Patriot Disposal:

All residential and commercial collection services have been suspended for the remainder of today, Monday, January 15th due to inclement weather. There will be no makeup day; instead, services will resume on your next regularly scheduled pickup day. Patriot’s office will be open. Public Hearings to Attend! Jan 9th & Jan 10th

Tillett’s View – Public Hearing Notice – Jan 10th

Provided is an overview and update on the Tillett’s View land use application (LEGI-2023-0031) that is currently in the public review process. The application will appear at the January 10th Board of Supervisors’ Public Hearing for consideration. The Public Hearing will take place at 6:00 pm at the Loudoun County Government Center (1 Harrison Street SE, Leesburg). Comments can be made over the phone or in person. This application proposes to rezone approximately 50 acres of vacant land southeast of Waxpool Elementary School and surrounding the area where Waxpool Road, Belmont Ridge Road, and Black Angus Drive meet, near the old Tillett’s Auction Barn. The request is to rezone from rural commercial and R-1 (one residential unit per acre) to a higher density residential zoning to construct up to 110 stacked condo units, 184 townhouse units, and 103 single-family units (397 total units). This application was forwarded to the Board with a unanimous recommendation of denial from the Planning Commission. To read more about this application, visit:

Dulles Greenway Toll Increase Public Hearing – Jan 9th

REMINDER! The SCC will hold a public hearing on January 9th to receive comments on the application submitted by the owner of the Dulles Greenway to increase the toll rates by 40% during peak hours and 22% during other times. The public hearing will be held in South Riding at Freedom High School in the auditorium, 25450 Riding Center Drive, Chantilly. The hearing will be from 6 pm to 10 pm. READ MORE>>
