Due to the excessive heat and for the safety of pool patrons and lifeguards, we are calling 10 minute breaks every hour Friday, July 19 through Sunday, July 21 at all of our pools.
Also due to the extreme heat, the campout at the Nature Center will be canceled for Friday, July 18th.
UPDATE: The pool will open up at 2:00pm today, July 18.
The Southern Walk Pool is experiencing a mechanical problem and will have a delayed opening today, July 18, 2019. We will update this post once the pool is open. Thank you for your patience.
The Technology Committee meeting scheduled for July 17 has been postponed to July 31.
Pothole repairs are scheduled for the 19th in certain areas of Broadlands. These areas are at intersections or in the middle of the road in front of units where parking should not be impacted. Here are the locations:

The HOA offices and Nature Center will be closed on July 4th and 5th. Trash and recycling services will be picked up on Friday, July 5th, instead of Thursday. Have a wonderful and safe holiday!
