July 4 Trash Pickup

Due to the July 4 holiday, the Loudoun Landfill will be closed. Therefore, Patriot Disposal will not be picking up trash and recycling on July 4. Instead, Patriot will pick up trash and recycling on Saturday, July 6. Please be sure toters are placed at the curb by 7am on Saturday, July 6.

Welcome to Our New Look!

Welcome to the “new and improved” Broadlands HOA website! It’s been quite a while in the making, and we continue to make improvements.

While the organization is slightly different from the “old” site, you’ll still find the popular stuff: design guidelines, pool information, newsletters – and an upgraded version of the discussion forums.

Best of all, you can now access all this information on your mobile device – even the forums. This new site is entirely mobile optimized!

PETiquette – Pick Up After Your Pet

Pet waste left on trails, sidewalks, streets, and grassy areas is carried by stormwater runoff into storm drains and into the watershed. Broadlands’ trails are dotted with Mutt Mitt stations with supplies to properly dispose of pet waste. The stations and disposal bags are provided by the HOA. Please remember to pick up after your pet. For more information about the impact of pet waste on the watershed, check out Loudoun County’s brochure, Scoop the Poop: Be the Solution to Stormwater Pollution.
