This important annual event includes the election of three members to the Board of Directors, each to serve a three‑year term ending in May 2029. The Board plays a crucial role in guiding the association—overseeing finances, selecting contractors, maintaining community facilities, and adopting policies that support the smooth operation of Broadlands. These volunteer leaders are an essential part of keeping our community thriving.
How Voting Works
As in prior years, the Association will use The Inspectors of Election, LLC, an independent third-party service, to manage the voting process. Members may vote either by mailing in a paper proxy ballot or by submitting their proxy online through the secure TIEiVOTE™ website. Around April 14, 2026, The Inspectors of Election will mail the Annual Meeting notice and election package, which will include unique login credentials for online voting. Login information from previous years will not carry over. Proxies may be submitted online or mailed, faxed, or scanned and sent directly to The Inspectors of Election. Please note that the HOA office cannot accept proxy forms.
