CRAFTS FAIR COMING TO BROADLANDS!
Broadlands 2nd Annual Crafts Fair is scheduled to be held at the NATURE CENTER PARKING LOT on Saturday, October 20, 2018. Come check out the creative vendors that participate in this wonderful event. Food trucks, including Fractured Prune will offer food for purchase.

We are looking for crafters and vendors to showcase their wares. Do you make art, knit, paint, bake, bead, woodwork, or have another unique hobby with products that people want? Registration ends September 30, 2018. The space rental fee is $25.00 per space (2 parking spots). Please contact Erin Steverson, firstname.lastname@example.org for more information!
VENDORS MUST READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS & CONDITIONS (WAIVER):
The registration fee is $25 per rental space (2 parking spots) located at the Nature Center – 21907 Claiborne Parkway, Broadlands, VA 20148
Registration is open until midnight September 30, 2018. Full refunds will be offered for cancellations through September 30, 2018. No refunds for cancellation requests made after September 30, 2018. To register you must complete the booking form below and in the “comment” box include your business name and the product(s) that you will be selling before completing your registration.
You must provide your own tables, tents, chairs and any other supplies needed. There will be no electricity and no running water available on site. Spaces are available on a first come, first served basis.
Setup begins at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, 10/20/18. Breakdown can begin any time after 2:00 p.m. and all spaces must be cleaned up by 4:00 p.m. the day of the event and left in the condition they were found.
If you are a vendor under the age of 18, you must have your parents/guardian sign the following release form and submit to email@example.com: Parental/Guardian Permission Form
Subletting your booth to another business is strictly prohibited and any business not registered will be asked to leave immediately.
Business literature must pertain to the registered business and may only be distributed within your booth space. Roaming solicitations are strictly prohibited.
If selling or giving away prepared food or drink item (i.e. anything not commercially produced and packaged) you MUST have a permit from the Loudoun County Health Department.
Be set up and ready to welcome residents by 10:00am. Your booth should remain open from 10:00 am-2:00pm.
VEHICLES WILL NOT BE ALLOWED IN THE EXPO AREA FROM 10:00am-2:00pm. THIS INCLUDES LOADING, UNLOADING, ENTERING AND EXITING!!!!! Please note due to space constraints there is no parking on the Expo grounds. Vendors may park at the Southern Walk Pool across the street.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations may be made up until September 30, 2018 and a full refund will be issued; no refunds will be given after that date. If the event is cancelled by Broadlands Association, Inc, then a full refund will be given.
Checking the “read waiver” box below constitutes an authorized signature and agreement to these Terms & Conditions with Broadlands Association, Inc.
