CRAFTS FAIR COMING TO BROADLANDS! 
Broadlands first ever Craft Fair is scheduled to be held at the Southern Walk Pool Parking Lot on Saturday, September 23, 2017.

 


INFO FOR VENDORS

We are looking for crafters and vendors to showcase their wares. Do you make art, knit, paint, bake, bead, woodwork, or have another unique hobby with products that people want? Registration starts August 1 and ends September 19. The space rental fee is $25.00 per space. Please contact Erin Steverson, erins1822@gmail.com for more information!

VENDORS MUST READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS & CONDITIONS (WAIVER):

  • The registration fee is $25 per rental space (2 parking spots) located at 43081 Village Drive.

  • Registration lasts last until September 19th. You can cancel by August 31st to receive a refund. No refunds after August 31st. To register you must complete the booking form below and in the “comment” box include your craft/business name and type of business (what you will be doing or selling) before completing your registration.

  • You must provide your own tables, tents, chairs and any other supplies needed. There will be no electricity and no running water available on site. Spaces are available on a first come, first served basis.

  • Setup begins at 7:00 a.m. on Saturday, 9/23. Breakdown can begin any time after 12:00 p.m. and all spaces must be cleaned up by 2:00 p.m. the day of the event and left in the condition they were found.

  • If you are a vendor under the age of 18, you must have your parents/guardian sign the following release form and submit to erins1822@gmail.com: Parental/Guardian Permission Form

  • Subletting your booth to another business is strictly prohibited and any business not registered will be asked to leave immediately.

  • Business literature must pertain to the registered business and may only be distributed within your booth space. Roaming solicitations are strictly prohibited.

  • If selling or giving away prepared food or drink item (i.e. anything not commercially produced and packaged) you MUST have a permit from the Loudoun County Health Department.

  • Be set up and ready to welcome residents by 8:00am. Your booth should remain open from 8:00am-12:00pm.

  • VEHICLES WILL NOT BE ALLOWED IN THE EXPO AREA FROM 8:00am-12:00pm. THIS INCLUDES LOADING, UNLOADING, ENTERING AND EXITING!!!!! Please note due to space constraints there is no parking on the Expo grounds. Vendors may park in the designated area to the right of the Southern Walk Pool building. Flow over parking can be across the street at the Nature Center.

  • Cancellation Policy: Cancellations may be made up until August 31, 2017 and a full refund will be issued, no refunds will be given after that date.  If the event is cancelled by Broadlands Association, Inc, then a full refund will be given.

  • Checking the “read waiver” box below constitutes an authorized signature and agreement to these Terms & Conditions with Broadlands Association, Inc.
