    Anyone in Southern Walk---i'm drawing a blank. i received, and promptly threw out, my little HOA coupon book. I've been paying it via Web Bill Pay since we moved in 3 years ago...now i'm wondering if they changed the rates from last year---i want to make sure i'm not under/over paying them.

    Are they still $81 -> Broadlands, $149 -> Southern Walk?

    $81 for a townhouse and $149 for OpenBand is correct.
