Does anyone know if they have the munchkins with the cream inside? Not the icing type of cream, but I guess it's the kind that's in the boston kreme donut?!?! I had these ONCE many years ago and haven't seen them since. IIRC, they were powdered with the cream/kreme inside.
We haven't been yet but will be soon :)

I'm still waiting for them to have chocolate munchkins on hand! They're always out when I go there. :(

    But I still love them!

This morning we picked up some munchkins, for the Nurses in my Dr's office, I was told by nursing staff as I left that some of the munchkins had jelly and lemon cream.

I have a DD gift card that i got awhile ago--and i keep refilling it to use at the beloved dunkin'. I actually put $50 on it the day this store opened. although when i used it at the BR register, they had issues with it, but it may have been inexperience causing the issue...no big deal.

Had a whole different experience this morning. Line moved very slow, none of the donuts I wanted were available at the time I got to the front. Walked out empty handed.

Seemed like half the level of staffing from last weekend. Hope this isn't a trend!

Last weekend was the 1st weekend the store was open.........with all new trainees we had our General Manager, District Manager, Sterling Store Manager, and our Boston opening crew...........which consist of 6 of the most experienced individuals that we have the good fortune of having on our staff..........we had to let the new employees feel what it's like to be on their own so this weekend we gave them the reins.......of course we don;t expect it to be the same but I monitored the day;s activities and they did great........they will work up to a higher level of service as each day passes.....these are mostly all young individulals from the neighborhood who most of you probably know, and most have never worked in a fast food environment,,,,,,,,,,so have a little patience with them, they are doing wonderfully and we are very proud of them............thanks.......Jimmy

Jimmy, just some quick feedback about my experience this morning. I ordered a couple XLG coffees, some sandwiches and a dozen donuts. I had my box of donuts on the counter and the person who made my coffees put them in one of those carry trays and laid it right on top of my donut box. When I got home, most of the frosting was smeared all over the top of the box and some of the donuts were almost 'plain'. Honestly, it wasn't a big deal, but just wanted to make you aware of it since I'm sure it could tick off some other customers. Trust me, I'll be back again, and again, and again...

    Jimmy,

First, I'm a huge fan and thanks for getting this in our neighborhood. I was there the first day and have been a regular since. One complaint - please check the quality of your donuts. I've detected a noticeable drop-off in quality control in the last few days - poor frosting distribution on the frosted donuts, and misshapen donuts that don't have any right to be in a box of Dunkin Donuts. First time I chalked it up to randomness - second time (today) I worry it's a trend. I know the first few weeks are going to be up and down, so I will definitely be coming back. Just trying to give a bit of feedback (oh, and make more chocolate glazed donuts!! They always seem the first ones you run out of!!).

Thanks for coming to our neighborhood.

Okay....did my workout at the gym this morning and on the drive home thought I'd treat myself to a cofee and bagel sandwich.
Nope....didn't happen...the line of people was about 12 deep outside the door!!!!

I went for the first time today... Seemed busy enough but there were no donuts ??!!!?!!

I had to settle for some ice cream. I guess operation has some kinks to work out.

There were more workers ( seems like PT teenagers ) than customers. They did keep themselves busy even without donuts to sell ..talking to each other while ignoring customers..... Apparently there was no management on site around 4 PM.

When I went around noon today the guy behind the register told another customer that the baker was sick? While I understand that unexpected things come up, shouldnt there be more than one person who knows how to bake donuts?

On the positive note, every single time I've been in there every worker (teenager or not) has been extremely polite. I didnt experience the ignoring part, but I'm sure it can happen anywhere.

    I have stopped in twice....Both times....NO DONUTS !!!! This is dumb! !!!!
How long would McDonalds last if everyone drove through and were told "no hamburgers"!!???? There were at least four 'young' employees standing around chatting....I asked why there were no donuts.....they told me, "the guy that makes them " left early"

NICE!!! LOL Good luck to the owners...I'm done!

Just make the donuts! I've walked out empty-handed more times than I've gotten donuts.

The place just opened. Give them a chance to work things out. I'm sure we all can play armchair quarterback and tell him how it should be done, and I'm sure he knows how it should be done, but things happen that are out of his control. Give him at least 30 days before you write him off.. geez people.
