We have experienced some acts of vandalism at our home that is located by the Southern Walk pool. Two of our windows were broken on the front of our house. Has anyone else experienced any similar acts of vandalism to your home? This incident has been reported to the police, as well as our security complany, along with some recent updates to our security system.

with summer comes unsupervised kids roaming around after dark. the vandalism, pranks and overall obnoxiousness will more than double, so be ready.

hopefully they step up patrols around dusk so they can see who is out and about BEFORE they start casuing trouble...

you can't blame it on there being NOTHING to do- even if there were activities within walking distance happening, the troublemakers would still be doing the same crap...

We've been seeing the security patrol but he's been speeding horribly through our street. Our neighbor had to corner him and warn him not to speed through because we have tons of little kids outside playing.

I so appreciate the extra patrolling but I'd like them to be reminded that there's a speed limit and to watch out for little kids.

Please call the HOA office anytime you observe such activity. We need to log these incidents so that we can let the security company know.

    Thanks!

Not trying to start anything here, but could the broken windows have come from rocks, etc coming from a lawnmower? I know of a couple of windows of my coworkers who have lost car windows do to debris coming from the neighbors lawn mower.

Please call the non emergency line if u are a victim of vandalism, a house in my area was egged and a car was sent to patrol the area. An egg doesn't sound serious but the same type of punk will break into cars and garages... if u have teen, plz know where they are after dark.

Yesterday morning around 6:30 am I noticed a T shirt full of blood stains thrown on my car parked in the driveway. I was not sure whether it was a mischief or a serious crime that happened. I called the sheriff and he inspected the shirt and said he would check if something happened in the area before dumping it. While he was investigating our neighbour called him to show something else. There was a bicycle that was crashed on their driveway with some blood on it and the driveway. The sheriff concluded that it could have been a kid who crashed while tying to do some crazy stuff and before going home tried to clean the mess up and threw it on my car.

Just wanted to pass it on and hoping the kid's parents get the message. It's a black bike the smaller one like the bmx type. Someone might have been hurt real bad to spill that much blood.
