In my experience, people are much more inclined to complain about a bad experience than laud a good one. I think that the complaints here have been valid, but not an entirely accurate snapshot of the quality of service at our Dunkin' Donuts. I'm sure there have been many people that were very satisfied by their experience at our DD, but weren't moved to express it on this forum. I think the manager has been very receptive to the negative comments posted here, and I'm sure they will continue to improve their service.

I'm very happy to have this long-awaited DD here, and glad that they're listening and trying to connect with their neighborhood.

Jimmy - if you are still reading this.

First - thank you again for bringing DD to our neighborhood - I go there almost every morning, and I am grateful to have it here!

One small, minor nit - can you remind your drive-thru staff to include a napkin in the bag with muffins or doughnuts or whatever. Sometimes they do, sometimes they don't.

    Thanks,

    S

Thank you all for your comments, criticisms, and opinions...........I do take each and every one seriously and do not judge the originator........whether the comment is one of praise or condemnation.........we will strive to make your experience a great one at Dunkin Donuts although we work in the real world and know mishaps will occur.........some gratification we enjoy is that last week for instance although Saturday was very chaotic for us do to no Manager on site..........he took violently ill at 3"00 A.M. and no one to cover until 2:00 P.m.....we served over 5000 customers with only several complaints.........thanks Jimmy

You really serve an average of over 300 customers/hour? Sure looks a lot less when I drive by. Maybe I'm in the wrong business.

Yes it is working as of 10:00 A.M today..........please understand the machine has to be cleaned every day...........so there is down time.............if the machine is not cleaned at certain time intervals{there is an automatic timer}..........it shuts off automatically..............this is required for a food safety issue....................Jimmy

Hi I was wondering if anyone that is a manager at DD can contact me. I have inquired twice now about getting possible donations for the local MOMS Club of Broadlands monthly meetings and no one has contacted me. The last time I asked about it the employee told me she wasn't suprised that no one had contacted me. All of our members are stay at home moms that drink lots of DD coffee and feed our kids lots of DD donuts. We thought it would be great advertising for DD to donate something like munchkins to our meetings every month. Please e-mail me if you can help us out. Our meetings are the 3rd friday of every month at the community center. Thanks.. Michelle McCloskey mpdolp@hotmail.com

mij3000 is the screen name of the manager- you can pm him directly. :)
given the length of the lines there- advetising doesn't seem to be an issue! but they have been very neighborly and participated in some community events- i can only imagine that they are inundated with requests.

Yea i'm sure its not, but I know they like to be part of the comminuty and our club is a big part of it. And we support them a lot. Even if they aren't interested I was dissapointed to not have even recieved a call or e-mail... I'll try to contact them...

hopefully the only reason you didn't get a call was because the right ears weren't reached! :) i can't tell you how many times i've made a request to an organization with no response, and when i get the right person- it's the FIRST they've heard of it! i always assume the right person doesn't now until i HEAR no...

good luck- I am sure you'll get an answer. ;)
