Sunday evening we walked to dinner at Clyde's. When we walked home, a young cat followed us most of the way home. The cat is a <1 year old tiger / black and grey striped cat with a tail that is perpetually curled up over her back. She's very friendly and kept walking between our legs as we walked home.

For the past few days now, she has been hanging out in the vicinity of the kids' playground near the end of our street (near the intersection of Small Branch Place and Springwell). My kids keep going to the playground to play with her and want to bring her home. My wife asked me to post something to see if we could find the owner of the cat.

I don't know if it will work to post the pictures of the cat here, but I can email you pictures if you think it might be your cat.

That looks like Mojito - the Clyde's cat that the waiters take care of...

I think Mojito is a male - My son thinks the one in the photo is a little smaller than Mojito, maybe it is an offspring. Mojito doesn't stray too far from Clydes

I just found the same small cat pictured this afternoon. He/she let me pick it up and pet it, but was nervous most of the time. I did manage to pick a tick off her and she seems really skinny. Appears to be probably less than a year old. I tried to take her home, but when we started to get in the car she really flipped out, jumped out of my arms, and scampered away. I'm concerned for her come winter. :-(

I have a pet carrier and a hava hart trap you can borrow. She sounds like she needs some socialization. Let me know if you want to borrow either one.
