I have now come home on two separate occasions to find campaign paraphernalia in my yard – ironically enough, one for Bob McDonnell and one for Creigh Deeds… Without having seen an actual person placing these yard signs on my property, I’m pretty much limited in my response – which has been to remove the signs from my yard. The first time was annoying enough; the second time has me wanting to install cameras and a turret in my yard!

Try to get some of these:

Non-Lethal Landmine Zaps Intruders With 50,000 Volts

The device shoots a pair of darts at intruders from a distance of about seven meters, and a high-voltage electrical pulse is delivered through lightweight cables to the darts.
The electric shock overpowers the intruder's neuromuscular control, and he or she is then incapacitated. Each battery-powered TADD has up to 12 pairs of darts which can be fired independently at different targets, and can deliver a maximum of 200 three-second shocks.

    LOL

Better yet - send a BILL to the campaign office for one day's use of your yard ($350), removal fee ($100) & displosal fee ($50). Give them 30 days to pay up. If you have a friend that's an attourney have them write up a collection letter & send it - don't forget to "leak" a copy to the Washington Post.

I find it amazing, that the political signs can be posted for weeks on end in all the communities around here and as a contractor who lives in the neighborhoods cannot put a little sign in the front yard for a week without the hoa getting on our customers:screwy:.

Not that i really care if our signs are plastered everywehre but it sure is good advertising.

Here in Broadlands we do not allow the political signs either. It is just a matter of how quickly we get someone out to take them down.

That's good to hear, over here in Brambleton, seems like they can ride the campaign out for the duration. Oh well.
