FYI, this is the owner of the company, and I've spoken with the bartender/cashier who took your order. It sounds like you ordered either a dinner sampler or an appetizer sampler, as maybe just a sampler, and they did not get clarification. Either that or they did not repeat the order back to you. Violations of our training either way! Same goes for the sauce with the kids meal...buffalo mild is on the top of the screen, so they probably just didn't even ask you. All tenders come with your choice of sauce! In either event, I apologize for the mix up and HappyinVA has a credit for a free Dinner Sampler if you mention it next time you call. I addressed the cold soup thing in a previous thread, but assure you I believe the problem is remedied. Thanks for the honest feedback, it helps me out!

Yes, working on the timing of sweet potato fries. What happens is the fry cook sees them on the ticket and makes them instantly, then they wait for 12 minutes for the burger it's going with to cook! They are all learning "timing of the sides," and we have a better kitchen manager now who knows what we value---HOT food. As to the cheese fry thing, I too, am not a fan of the regular cheese sauce (as would come with chili cheese fries etc). Try our beer battered bacon cheddar fries. SO good. They are more expensive, but really worth it. We keep the "generic" fries on the menu for the cost conscious, but if you like outback's cheddar fries, then you'll like those. Thank you for the feedback and post!

Wonderful! Talk about customer service, thanks! We’ll definitely be going back since the food was good, and that crab soup is delicious (cold or warm; smile). I’ll be ordering the buffalo mild sauce if I ever order the chicken tenders – very good. Thanks again, and congratulations. Whenever we drive by there, the place seems to get a good crowd.

I have not been yet but will soon... but I am still confused about ordering Wings by the pound. It sounds expensive for what might be 8-10 wings? I know I will just have to come and see but it is hard to get an idea of how many I would normally eat.

And are the wings battered slightly before cooking?

    According to their website:

To further differentiate our wings, we weigh them daily, and sell them by the pound. This ensures that you get the SAME amount of food each time you order, no matter if the wings are running smaller or larger that day. We take the inconsistency in size out of selling wings by number, and instead always serve you a consistent amount by selling them by weight.

Our wings are cooked to order in peanut oil (for ultimate flavor & crispness) and then tossed in your choice of any of our homemade sauces. We even make our own blue cheese and ranch from scratch. You won't find "canned" or "processed" dressings and sauces here.

Just had a fantastic lunch here, glad to see steady customers in spite of the snow! Check this out if you haven't already, the homemade mac n cheese is gooey delishishness. Great atmosphere too, classsic rock lovers will love it as much as I do!

We at here again last night and it was pretty delicious and the service was great. We'll be back.

The only slight complaint I have is that it was pretty cold in there. I thought it was just me until I noticed a lot of people wearing their coats while sitting and eating. I think what would help is a second set of doors on the inside and maybe turning the ceiling fans on low, forcing the hot air downward. I don't know...
