I'm looking for an OBGYN somewhere in the Ashburn/Tysons corridor.

I'm looking for a doc with an excellent bedside manner (duh) and also one who I will feel comfortable with doing a planned C section (my first was a very unplanned C and I do not think I want to attempt a VBAC).

    Thanks so very much! :)

I LOVE Kathleen Cauble and Kathleen Rausch practice in Reston. They delivered both my babies.. and have referred so so many to them!

I second Kathleen Rausch. Dr. Cauble is nice enough but I've always seen Dr. Rausch. She has a FANTASTIC bedside manner, is down to earth and also does high risk pregnancies.

    Here's their website: http://www.physiciansforobgyncare.com/

I have been seeing both Dr. Rausch and Dr. Cauble for more years than I care to admit ;). Dr. Cauble has delivered all three of my kids, one emergency c-section, one VBAC and one planned c-section. They have been amazing through some very difficult times. I know they have brought a third doctor into the practice, but I don't have any experience with her. My only hesitation in suggesting them, is that it will be harder for me to get in when I want to!

I have seen the 3rd doctor there, Dr. Patel. She is very nice and I haven't had a problem getting an appointment withy her.

Reston Hospital was good for me. I had both my kids there (1 before the renovation and 1 after). All private rooms now, very nice and clean.

I used Loudoun OB/GYN for all 4 of my babies and I delivered at Loudoun. Private rooms and very welcoming. No complaints from me!

I know it's far away but I've used drs elliot and lashgari at arlington hospital. GREAT bedside manner and arlington was a great place to deliver at because it's a small hospital. Even though we moved out here we drove all the way back to arlington just to deliver with dr elliot.

I'm another vote for Drs. Rausch, Cauble and Patel. They were very good to me during both of my pregnancies which ended up being high risk.

I delivered at Reston Hospital both times (both c-sections) and it was even nicer the second time around when I had some of the same nurses. That speaks volumes to me that they didn't have a high turnover rate in 3 years.

    Good Luck!
