I heard that Brambleton residents get to join the club for $10 per month for the first year. Is this true and can Broadlands residents get the same deal?

 

The special you are speaking about was because the Brambleton Group (developers of all of this land) have paid for the first year for one person in each home in the community. Unfortunately, I'm not able to offer that to anyone outside of the community, however our rates are still VERY reasonable! You should come by for a look!

 

When is the official opening date?

 

We don't have an official day yet, but we're still looking at the first week of June for sure.

How much are fees for nonresidents?

 

Anywhere from $39-$99/month...right now. I will PM you...
