Wanted SFH or TH for Rent

If anyone knows of a SFH or maybe a decent size TH for rent in the Broadlands, please call me or pass my number along. I've been in the Broadlands for over 5 years and love the area, however; our current landlord has decided to move back in 60 days. No kids beleive it or not. Only a small dog and cat. We are very neat and clean people.
Rent to own would be the perfect match, but those are far and in between.

My mom always has a list of rentals and sales at the ready. Call her, Beth Doman, at 703-200-4589 and I'll let her know what you are looking for! She is a realtor for ReMax and she does it all. She is really sweet and knows everything about the good deals out there I don't think there is a charge for the renter to use a realtor- I am pretty much positive in fact! I would go with one if I were you just b/c they can help negotiate a better rate and advise you about renters insurance and contracts, etc.

Lee, the house that had the fire on our street looks like the construction maybe finished (soon)...it's the house at the very end of the cul de sac and it's a similar model to the one you use to live in. It would be great if you all moved back on our street, we have really missed you guys.

I believe the owner also added a new sunroom off the back (after the fire) and I know it's rental property. I'll send you an email with the contact info.
