Need Advice carpet cleaning company - Cardinal chemdry??

Hi

Desperately need carpets cleaning and received a great voucher for cardinal chemdry . Just wondered if anyone had used or heard of them before and what your thoughts were on them.....or if you could recommend the carpet cleaning company you have used in the past.

We used them about 10 years ago and regretted the decision. Not sure what it is that they do, but the carpet looked great right after they did it, but in the next few days, it was just as dirty looking as before. Apparently, they are better to use if you need to freshen up your carpeting if it's not very dirty.

We used them once because of the coupon, and did not like the experience at all.The guys that came to do the work looked really shady, and even my teens commented later about that.But the cleaning was truly sub-par and I was glad when they left my house.

 

thanks all.....coupons always seem to be a great deal, but may actually pay more for a better job.

Can they do that without Broadlands HOA's permission? Just wondering if its permissable, 'tis all.

 

We've been a repeat customer of JCB Carpet Cleaning for many years and we are very pleased with their consistent level of service.

I don't have an issue with JCB copying and pasting my post as a testimonial.

After all this is a public forum, so I don't think it's big deal they used publicly available info about their company.

Very reasonable and excellent quality of work. I have never use ChemDry/Stanley/Cardinal etc after I used JCB. And no I am not an employee or have any affiliation with this company, I am just a satisfied repeat customer.

 

There's a local company called carpet keepers that took care of us. Really liked the response time and I thought the price was good. They got out a few toddler stains I had tried to remove myself with no success and a lot of grief from my wife. Their website is www.carpetkeepersva.com, I'm sure their number is on the site.

 

Another for JCB. I started using them a few years ago and have never used another company since. Very happy with them, they've gotten our kid & pet destroyed carpets very clean.

 

Read that coupon carefully. It says 3 areas, but it also says up to 750 square feet. That wouldn't even cover our family room, no great bargain after all. Not to mention the reviews were pretty bad. We have always used Mike Kearney. Fabulous service, great prices. Despite any coupons we receive, you get what you pay for.

 

I used NaturaCare in the fall, and they did a great job. We first had our carpets cleaned and then they came back to clean our kitchen tile grout. Highly recommend!
