Does anyone have experience with orthodontics from NoVa Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics? Dr. Lee is the dentist and Dr. Courtney is the orthodontist.

Dr Casagrande most definitely does a discount for the second sibling, and I felt it was pretty substantial. If they didn't wow you, something must have been really wrong that day. I have never heard anyone say that. You should go back and try them again. Promise!

I agree. Dr. Casagrande, his office, and his staff have totally wowed me. Rarely do I go into an appointment and get called in early and leave early. They have been flawless so far. My husband and I got invisalign together. They did offer a decent discount. I would definitely recommend them. Good luck.

Dr. Wiger gives a family discount and him and his staff definitely wowed me! He's close by and treats lots of my friends and family.

Just wanted to provide an update since my last post. NVO does give family discounts and it is substantial. #3 and #4 needed braces and since there is a two year gap I looked around. My complaint against Wiger still stands, that appointments are not by family but by age. Went back to NVO and because we were prior patients we still got a discount. Highly Recommend!

Dr. Kravitz far and away was the best plan for us. Over $2500 less than Dr. Casagrande. Good luck.

Another vote for Dr. Kravitz here. Invisalign is very affordable here and the doctor is great with my kid.

You paid less than $1800? I know NVO is not the cheapest, but beating their price by $2500 is amazing....

Wouldn't recommend Dr. D. We've spent over $15,000 on braces for multiple family members over the years and when we reached out to their office for local donations and contributions to the community they didn't even respond - nothing. And I'm talking about asks of $200 or less. Businesses that don't have the decency to respond to a hand written request are simply unprofessional. And I also think it's always important to look for businesses that are members of the local chamber of commerce.
