HOA Question Fence staining on property division/boundary fences

    Just a quick question! Is the "divisional fence" really on the property line?

    I ask because I've always put my divisional fence a few inches on my property just to ensure that it is my fence and no one can do anything with it. My suggestion is to make sure it really is on the line and not a few inches off.
