    I am a realtor with Keller Williams-Ashburn.

    I had my home on the market for a couple of months and it did not sell.

    However I got a call after taking my house off the market from another realtor who has a $800k non-contingent buyer who wants to be in Sothern Walk.

    Does anyone want to sell or know someone. It could potentially become a quick sale.:)

    Reccomend to them the house for sale on Heritage Oak. It's really huge and beautiful and has awesome neighbors!

    We will be selling our Courtyard home at the end of February. WELL within their price range ;) .

    what kind of yard have you got? i have friends looking in Ashburn, but a nice yard is a MUST.
