Re: Kids Free Dinner Nights (Or Reduced Prices With Adult Entrees, etc.)

Just thought I would post that Tequila Grande in Vienna, VA has on Tuesday nights for dinner a program where Kids Eat for 99 cents with purchase of Adult Entree.

Pretty decent food. Web site is--

    www.tequilagrande.com (Tequila Grande's site.)

We don't eat out much, but I find that the kids eating free really cuts back on the bill. I'd like to know updates. So far I think Amvrosia Monday thru Thursday. Original Steakhouse Wednesday; and San Vito's Tuesday? Does anyone have any updated information on local restaurants?

A new restaurant will be opening where Beef O'Brady's used to be. It's called Village Grill and is described as being a full service restaurant. I hear it is locally owned but I don't know anything more about it.

Also, in the Ashburn Village Shopping Center (with Giant and Ruby Tuesday) last year the Treats n' Treasures closed and there is a banner up now for a bakery/cafe coming soon. If we're lucky they'll sell really good donuts and coffee...

I just saw on the Saul Centers website that the place going in is called "Fresh and Organic." That probably rules out donuts, but could be good anyway!

Is there an update to this list? I know that some restaurants have changed nights but I was wondering if anybody had a complete list already developed. Thanks

One more that's not included on either of those websites: California Tortilla (at least the one in Ashburn Village) - Kids eat free on Wednesdays.

Ate at TOSH last night and in addition to kids eat free, they had a face painter. My son was thrilled with his tiger face! He even slept with it on so he could show the others kids in kindergarten today. :D

yeah wed is GREAT on KEF night. they even come around with samples sometimes for waiting fa,milies since it can get so packed. but i am looking specifically for TONIGHT for KEF. a place that throws in free BIRTHDAY dessert wouldn't be a bad thing... ahem...

i think you have to register online but red robin does free burger and fries for kids or adults on bdays.
i think damon's does something too (i love the trivia at damons!!!)
outback will give you a free bloomin onion w/ id and they will bring out a spotted dog sundae. plus dinners there are so big you can split entrees. i love outback!
