Kudos to Royal Barber shop located by the Sunoco and Broadlands Pizza!! The ladies running this shop have done a fantastic job cutting my kids hair. One has very fine hair and the other very thick and they do a great little boy cut. If you are looking for a new barber for yourself or your kids, you should give them a try! They are offering $10 haircuts (adult) and $9 haircuts (kids) with a free hot towel service.

I've had my hair cut there the last two times. No complaints from me.

    Same here. Kudos!

The hot towel service is great.

I have also been in-between haircuts and went for their "clean-up" service.

    My youngest also likes it.

Took my two little boys today and was quite happy with the cuts. We'll go back there.

Also, for those of you who liked Bean Scene Cafe, the former owner and his family are among the proprietors of Royal Barber.

Got a haircut at this place after reading good reviews. I am very pleased with my haircut.

$10 is the promotional rate. The original rate is $14. But good service. I liked the hot towel service.

Been looking for a good barber for a long time.

Have been going there for a couple of months and really like it there. Good haircut and on my second trip, the two ladies had remembered my name and my son's name from our first visit. Highly recommend Royal. And you can't beat the $10 promo price while it lasts.

I went there first time few days ago and took my daughter too. Very pleased with their service. I couldn't agree more on that hot towel service.

Went there yesterday, I had been going to the place by Home Depot. The Royal Barber actually listens to what I want done, and then suggested what would look best for my style (shorter vs longer, etc).

IF they keep up that level of service they have a new regular.

I went there a few months ago for the first time, they did a great haircut - but oh my god whatever spray/gel they used in my hair was just horrible smelling. Even after lathering up several times at home I couldn't get the smell out. So now when I go back I tell them firmly to use nothing that even remotely smells. :p Great haircut though.
