We have had both of our boys there for almost a year. They are ages 3 and 4 respectively. We have been very happy with their services. Both of our kids love going there and love the teachers. The 2's class had been short of teachers for a while, but the new staff they have for that class is very good. The teachers for the 3's and 4's have been stable since we started. If you have any specific questions, please feel free to email me or PM me.

    Thanks,

I think you'll find anywhere you go that 2's teachers have a higher turnover rate. We considered Chesterbrook, but opted to not go there because it just seemed a little too dreary in there for us. It had way too much of a formal atmosphere. Then again it is an academy. Also, their prices were a bit more than the other centers (except for exorbitant BeanTree). We ended up going with Minnieland across from Broad Run H.S. You go where you feel the most comfortable.

    Hello,

I wanted to revive this old post and ask if anyone has any new information about this daycare. I am interested in possibly sending my infant there. Thank you.

I have my 3 year old in there too and he loves it. Like someone else already said there had been a lot of turnover in the 2's room, so I am no longer familier with the teachers in there. The infant staff seems VERY nice, I hear other mother's praise them highly.

They got a new Principal and Admin Assistant earlier this year and things have been wonderful there since then.

I actually live within walking distance to Cheterbrook Academy, but we decided to send our kids to KinderCare of Broadlands instead. They've been there since April, 2007 and love it. I'm sure Cheterbrook has changed a lot since we toured it, as has KinderCare, so all I can say is to visit each one, ask questions, take a tour, and you'll make the right choice.

My infant daughter is currently at Chesterbrook and we have been happy with them. She started in Infant I earlier in the year and just moved to Infant II. The teachers in both rooms have been stable so far and are very friendly and loving to the children. Let me know if you have any specific questions.

    Hi,

Could anyone provide review on Minnieland opposite to Broadrun HS?
Is it good option for an infant daycare?
Also I would like to know about Kindercare of Broadlands.

    Thanks.

I send my 6 month old daughter to Chesterbrook. I like the teachers in both infant rooms, as they are very loving to her. I considered Minnieland and Kindercare as well, but I felt most comfortable with Chesterbrook. Feel free to PM or email me if you have any specific questions.

I would not recommend Minnieland. Looking at other places in town we did choose them to hold us over until we got into the AOL daycare, however, I was not happy with the place, the interaction with the children, the management, the space, or separation between infants and older almost toddlers who napped at different times.
