    Hello,

I am interested in changing the lights outside of my garage and patio to motion lighting for added security. I have a sfh in overland park...does anyone know the name of the company or brand of light so that I can get the same type of lamp and model, but change it out with a motion light?

    Thanks for your help!

Lowes has some that look very close to the type normally found at our houses but are motion detecting. They look very nice (better than the ones the builder uses) and are easy to install.

    Found something pretty darn close:

I think the base against the wall is smaller than my current ones, but hopefully it won't be too bad installing in the siding

Hopefully, this will be a nice deterrent to keep the bad guys at bay. Even with parking cars in the garage every night, too many car and home break-ins for my liking.
