Any idea when Sport and Health is opening up in Brambleton? I want to join a gym, but if they are still coming, then I will wait....

I work for sport&health. It's going to be an amazing club, but it's going to be a while. Last I heard, we are in a waiting game with Brambleton which is why we haven't broken ground. Once we break ground, my guess is 7 or so months.

Don't wait to get started on/continue an exercise program though. Join a club on a month to month basis so you're ready to get started when we open.

They are still coming, but they haven't even started construction yet so it is going to be a long time before they open.

Until they come to Brambleton you can always go to Lifetime Fitness. Their membership is month to month, and it is an amazing club. I just joined a few weeks ago, and I am so happy I did. I'm finally getting my butt to the gym and have fun doing it.
