i need to share my nanny or need a new one

i have a wonderful nanny of 3 years who is looking to expand. i use her part time and she would like fulltime work. if i can not find a family to share her with, she will need to move on,,,we will both be heart-broken, but she needs the money and work. please contact me if you want to talk about sharing her, or if you have ideas for a part time nanny for me.

 

What hours does she work for you? Cost to share?

 

$15/hr. now she works 20 hrs for me. 11.30-6 tu,th and fri...hours may change a little in summer. it may be possible to overlap hours between our kids if the ages, etc are right.

I was wondering if you have the nanny situation figured out yet? my name is april i live close to the village,Im looking for a part time nanny position. I have experience as a nanny and pediatric dental assistant/hygiene.I fill random days for a family who's nanny calls out too often.my mother ran her own home daycare for 20 years until she had cancer,she is well but has a quiet office job now thats not too much stress:happyclap:.My sister lives in the same apartment complex as me and has 3 kids, so i have always been around children and love it.Im also great working with kids who have special needs,im very patient,kind,and loving. I do not have children of my own yet,Im 23 so i still have things to do first,but i have an open schedule for the most part,i could also help out with errands or grocery shopping .I am also cpr certified.I cant think of anything else at the moment.
