    This morning on our way to the Farmer's Market, I had the best laugh in a while.

    Lots and I mean lots of soap suds coming out of the Broadlands fountain.

    I drove by at 7:15 and had the same surprise. At first I thought it was snow but couldn't figure out how that would be. It was still there a little bit when I came back home but not as dramatic for sure. :)

    You know, it's vandalism. But, if that's the only vandalism we ever get here - I'll put on the swim trunks and go play IN the vandalism!!!!!:happygrin:

    I have to admit we put our kids in the car (in their pj's) and took them to see all the bubbles!!! They didn't last long but it was a sight to see!

    I must admit, my sis and I got a Huge laugh out of it when we passed by it Saturday morning. It's time for the kids to go back to school to channel some of their energy into more positive pursuits:)!

    We also grabbed a shot of the suds early that morning, since we were on our way out of town for vacation. We've got to have the cleanest water fountain in NoVa!

    All they had to do is pour a bottle of rubbing alchol in the fountain. No more bubbles.

    You know, last Friday (a week ago) I saw some dude washing his face in the fountain. He was stopped , out of his SUV and washing up in it. What the heck was that all about? I wished I would have gotten a picture.

    Lots of aeration and about 2 gallons of laundry soap (or whatever is 2 for 1 at Harris Teeter). It's not that hard.

    Must have been late at night. I drove by at 0600 and they were mostly gone or not a lot of detergent was used.
