Since Carryout Coach went out of business I have been looking for restaurants in our area that offer delivery services. Thus far the only ones I am aware of are the Chinese places (Cafe Opera, House of Emperor, etc.), Thai (My Thai, Anothai) and Pizza (Pizza hut/Papa Johns, etc). Anyone have suggestions on other restaurants that offer delivery?

Manhattans delivers- they have gyros and sandwiches in addition to pizza and Italian entrees. Manginos- also pizza but also great sandwiches, wings and pasta. that's all i can think of right now.. drawing a big BLANK.

We ordered pizza from Manginos last week and it was on par with frozen pizza I could've cooked at home. Ugh.

I agree - Manginos is pretty bad....take it from me, pizza is easy to make....and tastes much better!

WHATTT!!!! It's pretty garlicky but the crust is really good. to that end- we haven't had pizza out in MONTHS since several of our good friends DO make homemade pizzas- NOTHING compares to that. but i did enjoy every Mangino's experience i've had so far...

How tough is it to make your own pizza? I am pretty handy in the kitchen but I have never tried making my own.

Do you still use an oven stone?

the crust is the key- it's not tough at all you just have to put the time in. it's actually a LOT of fun- we helped a friend on pizza night and The Boy got to toss the dough while singing "HEY MAMBO! Mambo Italiano"

the best part is creative toppings- jalepeno artichoke and sausage, ham onion and pineapple, pepperoni and basil... the curst is sooo thin you can eat a thousand pieces!

I'm sure tyger has it down to a science- give us your crust recipe tyger! (and make me a bracchiole....) ;)

Try BBQ'ing your pizza. Yum! We like to do a fresh marguerite pizza on the grill.
