Dunkin Donuts

We've had bad luck here several times. Two cakes that we ordered were made incorrectly. After the first time, the manager gave us a discount to try to make it right, and asked us to give them another try. Well, we did and the cake looked terrible. It was noticeably slanted (as in not level), and the writing looked like it was done by a kindergardener.

I've grabbed donuts there several times in the morning and have been overcharged for my purchases. Usually through the drive-thru.

When I took my daughter there the last couple times, they have been out of some of their 'staple' ice creams. The last two times (during the middle of the day...not right before closing) they were out of both 'chocolate and peanut butter' and 'vanilla'. Yes, they were out of Vanilla - twice. I ordered something else instead, and it was so melted that I wouldn't accept it.

I'm not a difficult customer, but I think that this place is not up to the franchise standards. I think I've given this DD its last shot.

Funny you mention that. We got an ice cream cake a couple weeks ago, the writing was very bad. I told my wife that it looked like it was done by a freshman in high school, and she did call and complain. I don't expect Charm City cake quality or anything, but do hope they get that fixed.
